Tire Rubbing Rear Frame

I just changed a tire on my bike and have just returned to riding it. Now when I am in higher gears and am really applying a lot of torque to the pedals the rear tire makes contact with the left frame rail. I have checked the seating of the hub posts on the frame and all looks good. What other causes could cause this frame rub? Thanks for the help.

many:
*loose bolts/qr
*broken spoke
*inadequate spoke tension
*cracked rim
*cracked hub
*cracked frame
*wheel not centered when installed.
