Check out this mouthwatering build.

What a gorgeous bike! (Make sure to give the video a like so he ends up doing another season of hillclimb!)

It might be. Love or hate disc brakes, from here on they are going to be standard. If you only make one type of thing, economies of scale means the more of one thing you make, the cheaper the cost will be.

BTW disc brakes are totally logical, since they do not scab up expensive rims.

Yep, I love that about disc brakes (in addition to the other benefits). I do love the lightness and simplicity of rim brakes, though.

I have no idea, that book holder and safety orange tape is hideous, and the seat lol. I just bought the bike 2 days ago to refurbish and sell. She is a tall drink of water, to tall for me., But for $70 bucks I couldn’t pass it up, I will make bank on this flip,,

Ha ha, I love the "book stand"… :-)

Wow, $70 for this Giant—can’t beat that. I’ve never owned a Giant since they were always out of my range. Good luck with the refurb!, @Painkiller

Man, it's a play on old kung fu movies from the 70s and 80s.

On bikes with disc brakes, they can have rims that dont have a braking surface. Therefore the rims on a disc brake bikes can be lighter, stronger, and more aero.
