What kind of frame do I have here?

Hello everyone, I'm new on here and I have a question about this frame I have, it is set up for disk brakes and also has an internally routed cable spot for one or two of the cables and is pretty darn light, it has been painted but I never was able to see any decals or identifying marks, I'm almost positive it's a 29 (or 700c I suppose) anyway any help would be appreciated, here are a few photos

On one side it says TBI-2712, then across the middle is 1077U0015, and the other side says WTU above, and then parallel below 313C1502J

And here is a shot of the derailleur hanger spot...
