Very nice twin seater! Looks to be all original in great shape without close up photos. Florida area (especially southern coastal FLA) would bring $200-$300 if rideable without issues (good tires, etc); but the market can be quite different depending on the region, and tandems are a niche market to boot so harder to sell and expensive to ship. Not many want to pay $200 for a bike and $200 for shipping (Bikeflights is cheaper) so you'll be down to a fairly local buying market if you plan to sell it.
I'd certainly pay what Painkiller suggested no problem and drive to pick it up if you were in my neck of the woods.

tandems are cool! I have seen this Columbia on sale for $300 (starting price) in my area. not sure if it got sold or not.
