Need Tool to repair shocks!!

Can someone tell me what type of tool I need to purchase to repair the shocks on my son's Genesis Terra 21 speed 700c men's hybrid bike? thanks in advance!!

Low end suspension forks (less than $500- for the fork alone) are generally not serviceable.
