2015 Giant Defy 5

Here is my new bike. I got it a week ago and I am in heaven. Upgraded to the new 105 5800 series minus the crank.Size M/L.

I had a 2013 Defy 2, great riding bike. Tiagra equipped with alloy fork. Blemish Nos special that I sold for more than I paid. Yours looks pretty nice. Your frame looks like mine from what I can tell in the pic. My paint finish was second to none, very nice.

Thank you. That slight yellow with the patterned bar tape gives it an aggressive look. And it handles like a dream.

Thank You. I plan on it if I can get the coastal winds to die down a bit.

For my budget I couldn't be happier. She is snappy. I took her over the causeway to the mainland yesterday. 36 mph coming down the backside!!! 45 miles later, I was still comfortable, and ready for more.

The defy line is a very comfy ride for sure. I rode the 5,2,1and composite 0 w/DI2 and they were all nice for sure. I like that you went 45 miles and it was still comfy! My cervolo gets a bit stiff around 55 or so and well so do I!LOL It's made to go real fast and it does it well but the long ride is A bit harsh, could be a bit easier on the bottom! But I would not trade it for any other at this point!
