I admit I love speed, My leaf has turned as they say. But I would have liked to try it out. What a rush. I dunno how he could hold on but he looks smooth as silk. I know the rush of my ZR1000 Kawasaki to 150mph or so, just plain love it!

95 on a 93Goldwing 2-up, pulling a trailer in Montana seemed 'relatively stable', but 110 on a late 60's Triumph 'back then' was scarey as all get out... Wheels were 'floating' and though there was engine left, front wheel wanted nothing to do with the power it had, let alone the un-used power it never received....
Did some minor racing then, and learned about High Speed crashes ......

70 is fine now (on Motorcycle)

I watched the frame and wheels flex in that video, and thought of the old Triumph.... and my earlier, (less logical) days....

anything above 25 mph on the bicycle for me feels scarey as I can only imagine the bruises if I came off doing more than that just from seeing the TDF guys when they crash.
Is he using normal bicycle tyres because when Guy Martin did his 120mph on the bike he used some special rubber compound.
