Yeah I'm going to change out the handlebars eventually, the front derailler, and at some point the crankset. I'd like to get it all SRAM, but that's just a fantasy. It'll be years before that happens.

Well for now you can just enjoy it as it is. Would like to know if the 29" wheels make a difference over 26"?

Bill you have no idea. I have noticed a Huge difference. Things happen on this bike that I never before thought possible. It is amazing. It easily clears sections that were difficult before. I am forever converted.

Awesome. Guess that would makes sense being the wheels are bigger. You are talking about height or tire coverage?

I just converted to a tubeless system on this bike. I haven't test rode it yet, but I'm excited to feel if there is any difference.

Yeah, I uses the Stans tubeless kit. So I am now able to run lower tire pressure and no more pinch flats.

oh wow, I love the 29er's !! I was able to ride one at a demo day and they are the beeesssstttt!! I will hopefully be upgrading soon!
