Brand new bike front wheel won't fit

Nah man, this should be sent back. Not cool ...
I once had my new Trek mountain bike exchanged because it arrived with a few scratches on the frame. Most likely from poor handling by the shipping company. The scratches weren’t serious, but I didn’t want to deal with them myself after paying good money for a brand NEW bike.
