I’m hoping to sell the bike for about $850 but the price is negotiable.

I would add detailed, well lit, and in focus photos (10 photos allowed per each post) of components, tires, etc.
The bike looks fine, but if there are any dents, scratches, saddle scuffs/cuts/tears, etc. You should mention them and show photos which will allow a buyer to make an educated decision and save you from having to answer questions already covered with photos. Show both sides of the bike. Also, provide frame size, and give a bit better idea as to location since NYC, and Rochester are in NY, but quite far apart.

Which is why there is no damage found on this bike whatsoever, and I’m a pretty careful rider. The only reason which I considered selling this beauty is because a newbie like me failed to realize it has no speed. Frame height on this bike is between 16-17” bottom to top of the mid-bar. I live the Bronx and can travel to any of the other 4 New York cities without issues and including the Westchester area.

Thanks to the few who cared to respond. I’m surprised no one mentioned what I realized later on was best to change the middle crank to at least a 53T outter.

That front ring (outer?; looks like a single ring crank) depends on your smallest rear cog (and of course the bike's intended use). I doubt you need a 53t ring unless you want it for fast descents. 46t-50t if your small cog is 11t-12t (really depends on your strength; most cyclists cannot ride 53t/11t-12t as a regular gear). If you (or who ever buys it) has to do any severe climbing a big front ring might not be the best choice. Your bike gearing was designed for a certain range of use; it was not designed to be a fast road bike (not something I would not ride it as a commuter or anywhere a road or roadster would suffice. You might need 2 bikes if you want go fast and also ride rough trails. Possibly get a gravel type bike that will still be faster on roads, but still be able to traverse rougher terrain.
Plus, looks like you need to change the crank to fit a large ring. I would question if you test rode the bike since you would readily determined that it would not be geared for you use upon doing so. If you like the bike other than gearing then modify it. Rear derailleur needs to able able to handle the gear range should you get a bigger ring or you may not be able to shift onto largest rear cogs.
If your bike is still for sale then post it on craigslist. A local post will sell it quick it the price is reasonable. Year and model of the bike helps buyers. I doubt you can get even close to your asking price ($500?). Bikes like that are greatly overpriced when new and depreciate immediately by about 30% or more with one use.
