Hello everyone!
I checked that blue thing... I don't know what is it. Smile LOL! There is a grease on threads, and it is transparent and there is that blue like paint on metal thing. As soon as that bb was installed by DMR bikes at the factory, I don't believe they would use something except grease... Otherwise... No-no, I don't believe into that Smile
Still waiting for the answer from DMR...

Ok I have an answer from DMR which I will post below....

Hi Bill

Your frame has a euro BB. This means that the drive side cup tightens anti-clockwise and loosens clockwise. The non-drive side tightens clockwise and loosens anti-clockwise.

The Sidekick MkIII does not have an Italian bottom bracket. It would be very uncommon to find a mountain bike frame that would.

Thats all from them.

WOWSA!!!! Kind of reminds me of that theory if it doesn't work get a bigger hammer, lol. Very sorry I could not come up with something better. Feel I let ya down but let me know how it works out.
