On or Off-road either one.
I currently live in Gainesville, FL. I make it down to Ocala, FL twice a month to ride Santos MTB Park.
I live in Vancouver, Canada.
My favorites are touring on the open highway (the islands near here are beautiful), or riding my BMX in an empty parking lot.

- Bigelow Hollow State Park
- West Thompson Dam
P.S. - My appendix burst in the 3rd grade and my mother still talks about "That damned bike movie I had to watch with you 4 times a day".
Personally, I don't recall watching it that much, but I was on drugs.

I'm currently in Wales, UK. I'm more of an MTBer:
My favourite Downhill course at the moment is Caersws, quite a major venue and a good, muddy laugh.
I also like XC/All mountain stuff as well, with Brechfa and Coed-Y-Brenin in Wales being firm favourites. My University MTB club often to ride-outs to Nant-Y-Arian (about 10-15) miles away. I love some of the views we get whilst blasting round:

...and the carnage of riding down a long, steep scree slope on the way back!

I live in Arkansas it sucks here too lol. I hope to move to Bangor Maine some time soon if not there then my wife wants to move to Cedar Hill Mo. There is a lot of cars where I ride so far I have been lucky. I can ride over the Big Damn Bridge thats what they call it I think its a bad name for a bridge but I did not name it lol. I think you can do a search on this just so you know I am not making this up here. The bridge is high over the river here then it goes all over NLR I have done a 24 mile ride and did not see half of it. It was hot the day I went last year. I hope to do it again this spring and go to see all of it not sure how long this would take and don't care either it should be fun.
My dad always told me a Sledge a matic can fix any thing.
Location: Germany, close to Frankfurt
Favorites:
- Road: "Ried" (the area south west of Darmstadt, very flat), Odenwald (low mountain range) there are many roads with only low traffic.
- Off-road: Odenwald
at the moment: any place with rather undisturbed snow (though this is rare now, started raining this weekend, everything icy, very nasty to ride)
Awesome pics Jon that looks like great riding.
I made a thread recently named the same thing and i only got 1 reply. darn. but any who i live in the great state of california, in a town named Auburn which is 30mi north of the the capitol city Sacramento. Northern california is a Mecca for riding anything from road bikes to mountain bikes and we even have 2 guys that ride unicycles around town. I just started riding a bike again since i got my drivers licence so i have alot of catching up to do, but while im riding i will get some pix so i can share how beautifull this area with you.
There is a place about 30min from me that is only open twice a year. It's called Hailes Trails. It's and old rock quary.
Yeah around town it's one of those things that you Must do if you get a chance. I always hear people whining because they missed one of the events.
I dont have pix of spacific trails but this is what the country looks like in northern California. and the lake pic is the famous Lake Tahoe which has the Lake Tahoe Rim Trail which I plan on riding this Spring.
Sweeet I love those maps
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!
I live in the great cycling city of Portland, Oregon. I love to ride out on Sauvie Island, with great views of farmland and the Columbia River. Also along the Willamette River, which cuts through the center of the city, there's an esplanade on both sides that's great for riding and people watching.
