When I sell bicycles, I check eBay and craigslist, I also look at https://www.bicyclebluebook.com .

In my area the pricing is considerable higher than normal, so I seldom purchase bicycles outside of garage or yard sales. Replacing the rim strips, tubes and tires is a modest expense to sell a bicycle...

If everything is mechanically functional and without having better detailed photos of components and frame; I would go $150 minimal. Put on new tubes and tires, bar wrap, and cables and you can go $200-$250 minimal value. $300 maximum without replacing anything; after parts replacement and clean-up maybe max. $400.
Your value is somewhat limited by that style frame which many found to be harsh riding. Also, due to extra large frame your market is limited and other larger frames are usually selling for lower prices for the same bike in a smaller frame size.

If you plan to sell it at least clean it up and find a set of low cost tires in order to make it road worthy for test rides.

I would put the bare cost at $300, given the frame is in pristine condition. You can make a few replacement and sell this bike for a few extra, but I think $300 is a fair price.

Maybe $50 if you try to sell it with photos this poor.

However, it looks like that might actually be a very nice looking build. As others have pointed out, you're fighting uphill trying to sell such a large frame but make it ready to ride (ie., tires/tubes, tune-up, get someone to fit cables properly), take some good photos, and if it looks as good as I think it might (and you get a bit lucky finding a tall buyer), and you might see north of $300.
