Hi Everyone,

New here!

Just trying to find some advice on BMX shoes that have good cushioning!

I seem to have issues with bruising on my heels, especially on longer sessions. What are people wearing these days to stay comfy?

Don't worry so much about the shoes, just get yourself some heel inserts for whatever shoes you have and you should be fine. I've used Avia 3/4 Plantar Fasciitis Orthotic All-Day Relief Shoe Insoles—and they are pretty good.

Go hit up Walmart or Target. Grab whatever inspires you most and give it a try.
