Flight deck gear shift display problem

My computer is not displaying the rear gear positions as I shift my gears. What could be wrong and how do I fix it? If I need to check my connections on the right shift lever, please be specific as to how to do this.

Go to the "Other" section at the bottom and select Cycle Computers. They have the manuals there. Hope that helps
