Oh wow.
Former pro cyclist Phillip Gaimon (two seasons in WT with Garmin and Cannondale teams) set a new world record for Everesting by biking the total elevation of 29029 feet or 8848 meters (mt Everest) in 7h52m, on LA's Mountaingate Drive.

Average 280 watts.
