Friend of mine asked me to post this:
"I have one hybrid bike for city commuting with Shimano Tourney 7-speed system and MF-TZ500 cassette that has 14T on the bottom. I'd like to swap it for a cassette with 11T or 12T. Can you suggest any cassette for me and are there any special tools that I need for the cassette replacement process?"

Are you sure it is a cassette? or is it a freewheel? Can you post a picture please?

being that it is a freewheel, your options are limited and the smallest or highest/top speed cog would be a 13t. Your freewheel now would probably be what is called a mega-range. A very large jump in teeth on the final lowest cog. If you are to change the total gearing to say a 13t-28t I would recommend changing the rear derailluer to an Shimano altus 7/8 spd and also a chain with a quik link design to make the new mod all come together nicely. It would run roughly $11 for chain, $20 for freewheel, $20 for altus rear derailluer, $10 for freewheel removal socket. This would be the least expensive option. not knowing what you have up front for rings but going up to a 48t/50t big ring would gain you more top end also, roughly $40 for a suitable crankset swap if the bottom bracket length is correct.
If you feel the absolute need for a 12 or 11t in the rear you would have to replace the wheelset for that accepts a cassette, this would be the more expensive way to go and would maximize your top end speed. here are some links to the first recommended part swap

sunrace also offers freewheels, anybody's guess as to which is better. The Shimano would be at least equal to what you are wanting to replace
