Raleigh Chopper Restoration

Hi guys,
I am just recently doing up a small Raleigh chopper
I was wondering what type of chopper it is.
I think it might be a Mk 1 or Mk 2.

The Tyre sizes are
Front 11 x 13/4
Rear 16 x 2

Could you please help asap.
