Missing chain guard part
#1
Hello!

I recently bought a second hand real classic ladies hybrid bicycle, and completely love it.
However, since owning it I've had to make several trips back to the shop as several screws have come out/knuts missing.

Today I've realised that the chain guard (which is fully enclosed) is missing the back part (connecting at the rear hub) - I'm assuming that also wasn't screwed in correctly and must've fallen off in the last few days. I'm truly gutted as it's a lovely bicycle, and I'm wondering if there is any way that I could source and find the part?

If anyone could advise me I'd really appreciate it, as it's taken me an hour of googling to even understand what part it is I'd be looking for, and I'm clueless when it comes to bikes.

Thank you.

Photos of chain guard missing part would help. Perhaps something can be made from hardware and bicycle parts bin,

As per screws , go through the whole bike make sure they are tight, gently do not strip or break screws, If they are prone to loosen use locktite blue threat locker, available at automotive stores.

Your best help is at a LBS or perhaps a do it yourself bike co op in your area.
Never Give Up!!!
