Changing from 10s to 11s
#1
Hi I have a Orbea Onix T105 Road Bike which is 10 speed but would like 11 speed, is it a nightmare to do or do i just buy 11 speed cassette and switch it over ?

It is just expensive.

For certain you will need:
* cassette
* chain
* shifter
* re-tape the right side of the handle bar

You may also need:
* new rear hub

Why do you want to change? It is not going to make you any faster. It might make you slower, depending on the particular cassette because it might be heavier. Your shifting will not improve, and may get worse.

I am sure that your local bike shop will be happy to take your $1000- or so for parts and labor.
