There hasn't been a book for several decades. The business case is not there for a book with all the information freely available on the internet. From time to time, I print selected pages of Sheldon's material to be able to take it away from my computer.
Shimano's Tech Docs are another source of specific information. They are the same as the page(s) included in the box.

Look on Amazon, dozens of books available. Several decades? Really? 70 or so years and no books? Dude, please stop wasting my time with comments completely irrelevant to my request.
