This item is a red Corsaro Mountaineer frame (cro-mo), a black chrome-molybdenum fork (not orginal) and 1” threaded headset to match. It takes a 25.8mm seat post, the seat tube is 19½” center to top, the top tube is 23½”, the O.L.D. is 125mm. Because the frame is a steel alloy, the rear drop outs can easily and safely be cold set to accept wider hubs.

From: http://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vintage/148170-show-us-your-vintage-mountain-bikes-117.html “Near as I have been able to figure out is Corsaro was the house brand for Greggs Bike in Seattle and they were doing catalog sales late 70's early 80's. I had called them but unable to get anybody on the phone that had been there long enough to confirm it. I had a Mixte that was VERY nice and I think it was actually built by Miyata. A 83-84 Miyata Ridge runner is pretty close to what you have and was a butt welded frame. …..”

This is a nice ’80’s vintage mountain bike frame that will build up into an excellent commuting or urban bike.
