i don't know what year this bike is.
i would like to know how much its wort.. now/when i fix it up.

mid '60's thru mid '70's.
Handle bars are not original.
Missing fenders.

Value depends on what another will pay for it. To me, it has no value, but there collectors of Schwinns and 3 speed "English Racer" style bikes.

Worth little without OE fenders, handlebars and brake levers (even OE grips are helpful). Fenders are the most likely thing to be missing, damaged or replaced, so unlikely to find any that would not be cost prohibitive. Also very hard to assess remotely, but even more so when it's that dirty - can't tell paint condition and amount of scratches.
