hi, my name is Joseph and i new to this form. i have a new bike and have built my own trailer for touring the west coast. i am riding my bike 10 to 15 miles a day for training, and am increasing more miles daily to build up my strength. why is this important to me you may ask, well in 2006 i was at 650 lbs. and on 13 different drugs that were killing me. i was a diabetic, had high blood pressure, as well as a disabled person, now i am down to 210 lbs and no more meds. i need help in understanding how to convert my Schwinn three wheel bike, single speed, to a 3 speed or more, as well as adding regular bike wheels to a working trailer i have built out of recycled parts from my old walkers, a lawn chair, parts of a weight bench, a mast off of a sat dish and crutches that were used by me in the past. i have many photo here;{ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Travels-by-bike/124606304372183 } as well as here;{ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Bike-trailers-recycled-out-of-discards/271081756352172 } please feel free to view an d like my pages as well as any ideals and thoughts to help with this transition in my life.
