Raleigh Ace, prospective buy, advice.
#1
Hi all,
After coming to terms with a broken frame of an old racer I had, perhaps buying afresh is the best option.
I'm away from home with poor internet on my phone but I would like to bid on a bicycle I found and wondered if anyone knows/can easily find anything about this bike, I can't find a thing!
If the link doesn't work, its a:
Raleigh Ace limited edition
and looks 3 - 6 yrs old (but I know very little about judging the age on bikes

ebay.co.uk/itm/321048392332?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

Most I'd like to know how much it was new or even how much people would pay for it now.

Thanks in advance
Dan

It has a cheap (not just inexpensive) aluminum frame and very very low end single pivot side pull brakes. It appears to be roughly equivalent to a GMC Denali in the USA, which can be had in mint condition for $100 USD. I do not know the UK market.
