does anybody know exactly what this is and what it may be worth if anything

It appears to be either Aluminum color Krylon or Silver Rustoleum. If you can get it back into the spray can - might be worth $3.
As for the bike... dunno. Looks interesting enough to challenge the Forum to a Research Project, though. What does the first correct answer receive, Bob!?
"Well, Rob, let's see what's behind door number Three!"
It looks very " '70-ish " and seems to follow the StingRay theme. I'm off to search for old Sears bikes in hopes of winning that blonde behind door number three!
Seriously though, Bob. Can you ID the Coaster Brake or the front brake lever, or anything else that might have a stamping?
My guess it that the saddle was once sprung and the pivot bolt is missing from the front. Are there any stampings under the saddle body?
Wheelies don't pop themselves. (from a QBP fortune cookie)
Well i will borrow one of my moms old wigs from the 60s if you buy dinner first, I am just old fashioned that way Rob!
I saw it on craigslist and it caught my eye but the guy who has it knows nothing about it as he picked it up at an auction somewhere.
It looks to me to maybe have two drum brakes or possibly two wheel drive even, ha that would be a trip. I will go look at it if anybody can help make up my mind with some facts. come on lookers I never ask for much so hook a brother up
