Replacement tube for 28x1 5/8x 1 1/4

I am trying to figure out which tube to get to replace an old 28 x 1 5/8 x 1 1/4 tube. I can't seem to find it online.

Also, any tips on where to order tubes online from the US would be great.

Go with a 700c 35-45 like this one:
