Bike Rack Homemade
#1
Here's a bike rack I made out of a section of metal fencing from Home Depot. The diagonals and base legs were pressure treated 1.5 inch square (ripped from 2 x 4s) and painted black. Works pretty well. Total cost $20 plus or minus. Not shown in the photo are additional wood cross bars a the base to keep the front wheel from rolling out.

That pretty genius! I don't have a truck but definitely could use one for the bike shack. Thanks for sharing.

Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

It doesn't look very strong. It looks like you could bend those vertical bars, but if its just for storing bikes at your house, it would work well.
Good idea.
How is the metal connected to the wood?
