Ahh that isn't anything I did a 720 combined with a front flip on my adult trike yesterday!! LMAO joking. That is actually some skill there!!!! I can see so many spoof or misses on this trick.

I actually did something similar to that in November. However, it wasn't planned. I collided with the wife's tadpole after she made a sudden U-turn in front of me and I went off the bike, did a flip and landed flat on my back. Just now getting back on the bike, but it's slower going than what I would like it to be.

Thanks Bill,

She is fine. She was on a tadpole racing trike and I ran in to her just behind her seat. Hardly moved her bike because it was a low speed collision but it did break off the water cage bolts in the fiberglass seat, which I had fixed for her.

Looks like things are getting better as I did a 30 mile ride today on the road bike and no problems with the back. Let's see what happens tomorrow when I try another 30 mile ride.
