Chain contacting chain!
#1
Hey fellas,

Hope you're all fine & dandy!

When I change to the highest gear in the front & highest in the back if I want to go at top speed, the top part of the chain contacts the lower part & kind of lightly scrapes over it.

Anyone know what might be causing this?

Do you have any pictures or video? I'm not following what's going on

Not getting the picture either. The top part of the chain should never get near the bottom part of the chain.

without a picture, impossible to be certain.

sounds like maybe the chain is too long or the rear derailleur does not have the capacity to wrap the excess - either due to design or it may be worn out.

BUT - repeat, with no picture, the above is really a wild a__ guess.
