this is just an out of general interest thing at the moment.
ive been looking at the coast to coast run website and im just wondering if anyone that uses this website has done it?
im not fit enough to attempt it yet but the interest has been sparked off now and i would like to know how many people have done it how long it took what sort of bike they did it on even the route they took.
im thinking of doing it myself once i feel fit enough (ive got more than a few extra pounds to lose first)
the other thing i have been looking at are the guided tours, although most of these seem to start in the north west and im in the north east and im wondering if this is the better and maybe safer option as they come with a navigator and a van that carries all your luggage for you as well as spare parts and even spare bikes just in case.
ride until your wheels fall off

How did you do with your project? I live in Bristol and would like to know how you did.
