What is a good brand of mid range pedals?

There's lots to choose from... Road or mountain? Platform or clipless?

If you're not sure if you want platform or clipless, I'd recommend the Shimano PD-M324 Pedals. One side is platform and the other for clips. When you're not using the clips, the other side is weighted so you always have the platform ready to ride!

I can recommend those Shimano pedals I have them on one of my bikes and they are awesome.
