Gear Ratio

I finally went with Kojacks on my Circa 2.0 and now easily run out of gears. on any down hill. While I hate to give up my low gear I think I would like to make it about or almost 1 gear faster. I have a Nexus 8 spd with 36t front and 20t rear. Im thinking about changing the rear to 18 or 19 but not sure how to figure out the ratio change.
Any mathematicians here??

Still pretty confusing being I have an internal hub. Rear sprockets are only about $8 each so I guess Ill just take a stab at it and go with an 18. If that turns out to be to much I will buy a 19.
