Chain rubs to front derailleur cage...

Hi,
I am a newbie.
I bought a bike for regular use 5 months ago.
My front derailleur cage gets rubbed against the chain when I shift front gear on the middle ring. Chain runs quite good with 1st and 3rd Gear, but for middle ring it gets rubbed.
When I increase cable tension it gets rubbed, when I decrease it, the chain has problems while shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. I tried playing with almost everything... What could be the problem?

Find the maker of the front derailleur, and search the web to find the manual or instruction sheet for it.

You probably just need to align and adjust the derailleur. You may need some Tri-Flow or similar on the adjustment screws too.

or maybe its due to misconfiguration alignment of rear wheel or rear derailleur?
