STI Shifter Compatibility

Request advice concerning the compatibility of STI shifters with current bike components (derailleurs, chain rings, etc). Plan is to install 105 or better STI shifters and would like to know what other components will need to be replaced to allow the use of STI shifters.
Here is pertinent info on the current bike build:
-Frame; Benotto
-Chain Rings: Sakae Triple 53/42/30
-Rear Derailleur: SunTour XC Sport 7000
-Front Derailleur: SunTour ARX
-Cassette: Shimano hyperglide 10 sp 12/25
-Chain: Scram 10 sp narrow
-Brakes Shimano 105
-Cranks: Sakae 170
-Rims: Shimano WHR550

From the looks of the list, a Shimano 105 or Ultegra triple for the right shifter and a 105 or Ultegra shifter for the left should do the trick.

You will definitely need both new derailleurs. The crankset should work fine, but sometimes the shifting on the front is a little finicky if the spacing between chainrings isn't exactly what the shimano shifters are designed for.
