Yeah, those are some monster yellow tires. And what is that weird bracket welded to the frame by the lock.

It looks like a step through frame.
What's unusual is the down tubes look to be bent in a "U" shape from one piece of tubing.
Then a headtube welded in place on the bend.
Is there any special reason for the "V" brake to be behind the fork or is it just to be different?

Not really sure about all the details on the bike.

It's a "Batavus" bicycle. That's all I know
