Problem with adjustment

Hello, I am trying to get some help. My chain is rattling like it was trying to move from the 5th gear to the 4th. I was able to eliminate most of the rattling by adjusting the cable adjuster. At this point there is still a little bit of noise. It appears to only be doing this when position 5 at this point. The cable adjuster is turned clockwise as far as it will go. Is there anything else I can do.
Nothing appears to be bent. At least that I can tell. Keep in mind I am kind of new at this.

Suggest looking at these videos.Once all is set up right and re tuned. Problem could be in the shifter itself, clean that too.Let us know how all that worked.
