New roadmaster 26" womens chain rubbing front derailleur on outside

hello I just bought a roadmaster 26" mountain sport womens bike and everything is working properly except the chain rubs to the outside portion of the front derailleur (inside the guide to the right if you are sitting on the bike on the front) is there any adjustment ? (easy for me)?

If it is new and still has a warranty the place you purchased it should honor that warranty. Now if it does not have a warranty then you can watch this video and try it...
