I just happened to find this site and had to join.

I picked up an old bike this weekend that has been in my grandmothers garage for decades. I have no idea how old it is but I do know it has a City of Milwaukee Permit sticker on it from April of 1977. I personally enjoy mountain biking but my wife has been wanting a vintage cruiser and this was perfect. I look forward to taking the time to restore this bicycle for her and really hope to have it in new shape for her birthday in June.

So be prepared for a lot of questions from me as I do the rebuilding of this bike.

Welcome to the forums! Asked away if we know the answers well there are many here with great experience! Take advantage of the Videos as they are well great too. I still watch them for a lot of reference. Glad you found your wife a nice cruiser, you can take pictures and post them here ....
