Is there an Hello thread?

Hello anyway, recent return to biking after the wife had her smashed hip replaced with a hybrid.

We ride together, she has cerebral palsy so rides a converted Tagalong trike by mission, although its pretty much re-configured (will post a image in the show us your bike bit.)

I have a Specialized Hardrock with upgraded everything that was in the drive chain to make for an easier ride up the many 1 in 3's we have in sunny Yorkshire (England)

I joined because I saw a thread on how to fix a slipping gear, it was stressing me but found that I had my jockey wheel spacing too far apart.

Anyway, I am John and the wife's name is Ange.
