Crank arms seized

I'm need to overhaul my bottom bracket but the crankarms are stuck on the spindle. Any suggestions for safely removing them? I've tried reefing on them pretty good and they won't budge.

Well no idea what kind of crank you got, but this may do the job. Most common.

Looks to be what I need. Perhaps I'll make one in class (machining has major advantages).

Ye not to many exact parts. The Only one is the inner crank arm thread and depth. The rest OK to approximate. You can do the ID for 3/8 SAE bolt and use a wrench on it.

These tools BTW sell for around $15. Do spray some penetrating oil on crank and inside arms the night before removing.
