30 Bikes Per Day?

I'm not being flip, but dude get a new job. You can't possibly be doing a thorough job. No amount of tools is going help you do that.
Hope you find some place that appreciates your work. They want 30 bikes a day, they need a robot.

By now, you've probably got a better job. Your boss sounds like a slave driver. Let him find someone who can put 30 bikes a day together. You might be able to do 30 bikes provided you just slap them together and don't bother with brake and derailleur adjustments. Some bike shops actually do that, then tell the customer to bring it back if they have any problems. I know my former bike shop was like that.
If I knew how to ride a bike properly, I'd do it every time.
