Well right now I don't have a bike😅. I had a bike, but it braked and my father was not having money that time, so we just sold it. but he will buy me a nice bike very soon. And I would post a photo of it. And also my English is weak as I am from India😅.

Where I live in India (in Kashmir), there are very big mountains (Himalaya's). And also, there isn't a single bike riding park so, just in wildlife or on roads(asphalt).

Welcome! Mountain biking is a great way to build endurance and strength as a beginner. To support your riding, a beginner full-body gym workout like the one on BetterMe helps develop legs, core, and balance with simple, structured exercises that boost confidence and prevent injuries.

Welcome @Asrar Ahmed, I’m ashamed to admit that I’ve never been to, or ridden in, Kashmir. I’m from Karnataka and have mostly explored Northeast India, with a bit of Nepal as well.
Soon, I’ll be heading to Leh, so hopefully we can bike a bit.
By the way, biking in parks or on paved paths is no fun. Riding in the wild or on trails—that’s really, really fun.
