It’s surprising, @Flowrider, that Australian market hasn’t adopted Thanksgiving or the holiday-season capitalism that comes with it. I was surprised to see Thanksgiving celebrations in India. :-) Christmas makes sense, but Thanksgiving? And then the Black Friday sales, restaurant-hospitality celebratins that come with it..
By the way, I’m starting a separate thread about “Giving Tuesday” or “Gifting Tuesday.” Another big day during the holidays but dedicated more towards "giving"..
