Anyone following the World Championship this week?
It's the first edition ever that's been held in Africa! No surprise that it's Rwanda hosting the event because it has long been the new African cycling hub.
Evenepoel was by far the strongest in ITT this weekend, achieving his 3rd world champion's title in a row! 41km ITT with some four climbs and 758m of vertical.
What are your thoughts about the main event - Men's Elite road race?
267.5km of hard racing. Above 5500m of elevation over this course. Who's your favorite? I can't wait to see the race. Although Pogačar is the clear favorite according to the bookmakers, I believe there can be some upsets for sure. I'm rooting for Trek teammates Skjelmose & Skujiņš. But a trademark performance by Healy will also do the trick.
