I have on and love it. I have 2 seatpist batteries and don't really see the piwer drop off until 1 bar. The warnings in the manual could apply to alot of ebikes.

It rides just like my road bike and is a very comfortable ride. Any small tire bike is used mainly for paved roads. Other than the smaller battery ( I weigh 215 lbs and can usually get 35 miles easily), I doubt you will find any bike up 40 lbs and handles better, or rides smoother. Well worth the money.
