Humber "Eiffel Safety" bike c. mid 1890's. Here is the post and photos credited to Colin Kirsch:
"In 1896, Humber's Eiffel Safety did a promotional tour of the south coast of England, starting in Plymouth. It passed through Ashford, then on to Hythe and Folkestone. The final picture shows it in Paris. In the 2nd photo, you can see it outside the New Inn in Ashford, which was next to Charles Hayward's Cycle Shop.
