Can anyone ID this Bianchi frame?

Bought this bike at Goodwill for $10.49! I have had no luck identifying it. Any help?

@notmint We need more photos of bike and components. Given that it's a modern bike the serial number should be able to be "decoded" by Bianchi. I can only say that I highly doubt this it is a Bianchi manufactured bike, but is more than likely to be of Taiwan or China origin (Bianchi designed?).

It was so hard reading that with the bright flash or reflection from the "Bianchi" until i realized what I was reading.
