Help ID this bike

I'm glad I found this forum. Looks like a lot of knowledge here. I obtained this road bike from a bike shop in Tallahassee, FL in the early 80s. I know very little about it except the bike shop owner distinctly said it was a Rory O'Reilly frame. I only know O'Reilly was a cyclist that competed in the 1984 Olympics among other places but have no knowledge of how he was related to this bike. I find no labels on the bike. Thanks for the time. I am now 75 and developed a medical condition that prevents me from riding a bike anymore.

Working on it; best guess for year range is '60s to mid '70s given lack of braze-ons and brake caliper mounts having exposed nuts, maybe early '80s at the latest. Lugs could have been cut out from blanks, or modification of an existing design. Does the rear derailleur say "PATENT 77 or 71"? I cannot read it. That year, if original part, will generally be within a 2 year time frame as to the actual year of the bike. Most common is to find the derailleur date one year older than the frame.
