I purchased a VIVI 350 eBike... nice "looking" bike, but the pedal assist is wacked.
With the slightest touch of the pedals, the pedals disengage (spin freely) and the bike goes soaring forward. I lose all control of pedaling (??) and very dangerous going around curves or in congested areas.
I've contacted VIVI in Chino California over 20 times to no avail. A revolving set of questions in what now appears to be their attempt to delay until out of warranty.
8 months now with over 30 attempts for resolution. It appears no one at VIVI (in the US anyway) have any clue about their product or care about resolution.
Finally, a representative told me to: "open the box and disconnect the wire"
